Samsung is setting up a new plant in Delhi for manufacturing of smartphone displays. To this end, the company is reportedly undertaking an investment of $500 million.
Earlier in 2018, Samsung had invested $700 million towards the setting up of its manufacturing plant in Noida. The upcoming Delhi plant will also utilise a few acres of land from the existing Noida plant.
Samsung will use its Delhi plant for the production of smartphone displays alongside other devices.
