RRP Electronics is partnering with HMT Zurich, AMB Taiwan, and US-based Deca Technologies to build a Rs 240 billion fab and a Rs 120.35 billion phase 1 outsourced semiconductor assembly test (OSAT) facility in Maharashtra. The initiative is backed by the Maharashtra government and involves investing in a large-scale technology transfer license agreement with Deca Technologies, which is backed by Qualcomm, Infineon and ASE Group.

The company plans to complete qualification tests by August 2025 and anticipates revenue to exceed Rs 2.6 billion in its second year of operations.
