Wipro Limited has announced the launch of TelcoAI360, an artificial intelligence (AI) first managed services platform designed to help telecom operators enhance technology scalability, improve customer experience, and reduce operational costs.
Developed in collaboration with Wipro’s AI partner ecosystem and leveraging ServiceNow’s telecommunications industry solutions suite, TelcoAI360 is aimed at optimising network performance, streamlining operations, and strengthening security for telecom service providers.
The platform combines Wipro’s deep industry expertise with AI-driven tools to enable communication service providers (CSPs) to cut operational costs through process optimisation, workflow automation, and efficient resource management.
By accelerating time-to-market for new products and services, TelcoAI360 is expected to enhance revenue opportunities for telecom companies. Recognising the diverse needs of the sector, the platform will be available on an ‘as-a-service’ model with modular components that can be customised and deployed for each CSP.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing telecom infrastructures, the platform offers a unified framework supporting multiple telecom technologies. Its intelligent automation, real-time monitoring, and predictive maintenance features aim to enhance network reliability and prevent service disruptions. Additionally, AI-powered security mechanisms ensure real-time threat detection and fraud prevention.
Other key features include customisable customer portals, standardised application programming interface (APIs) for enhanced interoperability, and multi-cloud compatibility, allowing telecom providers to scale their infrastructure as needed. Additionally, TelcoAI360 supports end-to-end lifecycle management of telecom products and services, covering everything from planning and deployment to ongoing management and eventual phase-out.
