Reliance Communications (RCOM) has consolidated its global businesses into a newly formed subsidiary, Reliance Globalcom.
Reliance Globalcom will become the holding company for Reliance Communications’ global operations, the submarine cable subsidiary, Flag Telecom and Yipes Enterprise Service. The subsdiary, which will be headquartered in London, intends to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in the future.
