Reliance Communications (RCOM) has appointed Babu Vittal as chief human resources officer (CHRO) for the company’s consumer business. In this role, Vittal is expected to leverage the youth-dominated mobile data market by employing young talent. Vittal has joined RCOM from Flipkart, where he was head of rewards and performance. He was a part of the company’s start-up team and also oversaw the integration of Myntra into Flipkart.
