UK-based telecom service provider, BT Group plc has appointed Javier Semerene as the vice-president for the company?s operations in Latin America region.
Semerene will lead the company?s telecom operations in 22 Latin American countries. Prior to joining BT Group plc, he was the chief operating officer of TIGO Business Latin America (a subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular). Semerene has also been associated with companies such as Orange Business Services and AT&T.
