RCL has filed three petitions with the Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) against BSNL and MTNL, relating to rentals charged for PoIs and recovery suits. It has alleged that despite TDSAT’s direction, BSNL levies rental charges on telecom companies for providing PoIs. TDSAT has asked the two PSUs to reply within five weeks.
