Quippo Telecom Infrastructure Limited (QTIL) is set to complete its purchase of 49 per cent stake in TTSL’s cellular tower arm.
QTIL has earmarked $3 billion for expanding the number of its facilities, as well as acquiring new entities during 2008-09.
