One97 appoints Raj Ahuja as chief financial officer

One97 Communications has appointed Raj Ahuja as its chief financial officer.

Prior to joining One97 Communications, Ahuja was the executive vice-president, finance, Star India. He has 21 years of industry experience and has worked with organisations like Wipro and NXP.

One97 Communications has also appointed Vivek N. Gour, director, MakeMyTrip, on the company board taking the total number of members on the company?s board to six.
