NSN and UTStarcom have bagged a three-year, 6 million line contract from BSNL for setting up broadband infrastructure. The project involves setting up broadband services across 283 cities in 17 states. About 800,000 new ADSL connections will be based on Nokia’s carrier Ethernet technology.
