Nokia signs an agreement with Eurotel Praha to supply WCDMA network

Nokia has signed an agreement with Czech mobile operator Eurotel Praha to supply the operator with a WCDMA network, including the Nokia HSDPA solution. The deal is Nokia’s first 3G contract in the Czech Republic. Under the agreement, Nokia will deliver core and radio networks including the HSDPA solution, the Nokia IP Multimedia Subsystem, the Nokia NetAct network management solution and services for network planning and implementation, operation and maintenance, and training.
