Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) is planning to sell its open transport network business unit to Belgian investment company GIMV.

The transaction is scheduled to take place by the end of the second quarter of 2008 and would lead to about 80 people moving into a new company, the majority of which will be owned by GIMV. The sale price has not been disclosed.
