Nokia has appointed Sanjay Malik as the new head of its India operations. He succeeds Sandeep Girotra, who has been appointed head of the Asia-Pacific and Japan market. Malik is currently serving as vice-president (VP) and head of Nokia’s global network implementation services. He will assume his new role from August 1, 2016, and will be leading the company’s customer operations and business growth strategy for the Indian market. Meanwhile, as head, Asia-Pacific and Japan, Girotra will be based in Singapore.
