Faisal Siddiqui, head of HTC’s South Asia business, has resigned from his position after having spent seven years with the company. Siddiqui had joined HTC in 2011 as the head of its Indian business and was promoted to the position of president, South Asia in February 2015. In this role, he was looking after HTC’s business in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Prior to joining HTC, Siddiqui was the country head of Motorola mobile devices in India. He has also worked with companies such as Airtel, Sprint, Nextel and AT&T in the past.
