Vodafone India has announced that Naveen Chopra will become the company?s chief operating officer (COO) from April 1, 2015. At present, Chopra works in the capacity of Director for Vodafone Business Services (VBS) and will succeed Sunil Sood, who in turn will replace Marten Pieters as the managing director and chief executive officer of Vodafone effective April 2015.
Chopra joined Vodafone as the vice president of its corporate marketing business in 2004 and has worked in different roles including chief marketing officer for the company and leading Mumbai and Rajasthan circles as business head before joining the Executive Committee.
