Nokia has introduced Nokia XL smartphone which functions on the Nokia X software platform version 1.0, which is based on the Android Open Source Project and is powered by Microsoft and Nokia services.
The smartphone has a 5 inch screen and is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. The Nokia XL packs in 768 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB using a microSD card.
The device supports dual SIM cards and cameras (a 5 megapixel rear and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera). It comes preloaded with social applications such as Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Viber, and Skype.
