Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited upgrades its broadband network in Mumbai

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has upgraded its telecom network in the Mumbai circle to offer customers broadband services at a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps.

Earlier, the operator was offering broadband services at a minimum download speed of 512 Kbps. Currently, MTNL has a subscriber base of 6,10,000 users in the Mumbai circle, out of which 5,50,00 subscribers are broadband users.
