Kavveri Telecom has completed its purchase of Radiacion y Microondas’ telecom business.
The company?s investment in Rymsa Telecom is expected to be over Euro 20 million. In a statement, Kavveri said, “The topline in the first year of operation will be Euro 15 million and EPS accretive.?
The statement added that Rymsa Telecom has a dominant market share in Europe and Latin America and is growing its market share in the Middle East and Africa.
Rymsa?s client base includes Telefonica, Orange, Claro, Movistar, Telcel and Americamovil, Nokia Siemens Networks and Ericsson, amongst others.
Kavveri is reportedly planning to build its core wireless technology groups and establish itself as a global end to end wireless infrastructure solutions company.
