Gurgaon-based IT company iYogi has partnered with broadband service provider Spectranet to provide a customer network management solution and technical support to the latter?s customers in India.

Spectranet has introduced a customer service to provide technical assistance called Tech Assit which operates on iYogi’s Digital Service Cloud SaaS platform and is available through a common platform and customer contact centre. Spectranet will offer the new service to all devices connected to its FOX (Fixed Optical Xperience) broadband.

Spectranet is of the view that customer management solution will increase its revenues by 12 per cent and reduce the support costs by 15 per cent over the next couple of years.
