HTC launches the Desire 500 smartphone priced at Rs 24,290 -

HTC has introduced the Desire 500 smartphone which functions on the Android 4.2 Jellybean operating system.

The smartphone has a 4.3-inch screen and is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon200 quad-core processor. The Desire 500 packs in 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64 GB using a microSD card.

The smartphone supports dual cameras (an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.6-megapixel front facing camera) and is priced at Rs 24,290.
