G. Ratna Kumar, an officer from the 1988 batch of the Indian Telecommunication Service, has assumed the role of chief general manager for the BSNL Telangana telecom circle.
Previously, he served as deputy director general and brings over 34 years of experience, having worked in various telecommunications roles across different regions of the country.
