Ericsson to help Orange France roll-out its LTE network

Ericsson has partnered with Orange France to help the latter roll-out its long term evolution (LTE) network in the country.

The vendor will also assist Orange France in upgrading its existing 2G and 3G networks. As part of the LTE roll-out project ? Ericsson will install its RBS 6000 multi-standard 2G/3G/4G radio base stations in Orange France? telecom network. The deployment is expected to enhance the user experience for the operator?s subscribers in Greater Paris, south- west and the north-east regions of France.
