LG has introduced the G2 smartphone which functions on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
The smartphone has a 5.2-inch screen and is powered by a 2.26 GHz Qualcomm snapdragon 800 processor. The G2 packs in 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB using a microSD card and dual cameras (a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera).
Commenting on the launch of the smartphone, Soon Kwon, managing director, LG India, says, ?The smartphone market in India is expanding rapidly with 9.3 million smartphones being shipped in the second quarter of 2013. Our focus with G2 is to give our customers a phone that is smart and convenient. The smartphone has a unique design, a large display and high quality camera. It offers a compelling user experience.?
