Manoj Kumar Singh has been appointed as the director-general of the Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA) with immediate effect.
Prior to this, Singh served in key roles at Indus Towers between August 2008 to August 2024 including as its chief regulatory officer and corporate social responsibility (CSR), and its chief technical officer (CTO) and chief of regulatory affairs and sustainability.
TR Dua, current director-general, DIPA, has stepped down due to personal commitments effective September 30, 2024, having been with the association for over 13 years. Dua served DIPA, formerly known as the Tower and Infrastructure Providers Association (TAIPA), since its inception in 2010.
Commenting on the announcement, Manoj Kumar Singh, said, “I am delighted to join DIPA as director general. I am confident that DIPA will continue to provide a neutral platform for Digital Infrastructure Industry players to grow together and contribute to building “Aatm Nirbhar Bharat” through world class digital infrastructure.”
Meanwhile, TR Dua, said, “A few months back, I requested the management to step down as DIPA Director General, due to personal commitments. I am delighted that they have finally accepted it.”
