Spice Mobility has appointed Dilip Modi as executive chairman and director of the company. He will also be responsible for business operations and expansion of the company across India. Prior to this appointment, Modi was chairman of Spice Mo­bi­l­ity, a position he took over from Bhupendra Modi in February 2014. He has been instrumental in setting up Spice’s mobility business, encompassing mobile devices, value-added service and mobile retail. Meanwhile, Prashant Bindal has stepped down as chief executive officer of the company.
