The Delhi High Court (HC) has directed the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to not revoke Reliance Communications’ (RCOM) telecom licenses for another 10 days.
Additionally, the Delhi HC has asked RCOM to approach the dedicated bankruptcy court for relief.
The move comes after the DoT recently stated that it would terminate RCOM’s telecom licence due to unpaid statutory dues.
