State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced that it will offer free incoming calls on roaming from June 15, 2015. The service will initially be available for one year. Although there could be a slight reduction in revenue on account of the above move, BSNL expects to gain from first mover advantage and expects to offset the loss by arresting customer churn out and acquiring new customers.
