Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a national Wi-Fi roaming service for its customers. This service allows users with BSNL fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) connections to connect to BSNL’s networks across India.

Previously, FTTH customers could only access high-speed internet at a fixed location, specifically where their router is located. However, with the introduction of the national Wi-Fi roaming service, BSNL FTTH customers can now enjoy high-speed internet access from their broadband connections anywhere in the country.

To utilise this service, customers need to register by entering their FTTH connection number and registered mobile number on the designated portal. This initiative is part of BSNL’s efforts to enhance its image and presence in the market.

Even in rural areas, if BSNL Wi-Fi is available, customers will be able to access high-speed internet through that connection. This development allows users to maximise the benefits of their FTTH connection.
