Bharti Tele Ventures has also announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2004-05. As of December 31, 2004, the company earned a net profit of Rs 3.73 billion, an increase of 131 per cent from Rs 1.61 billion in the third quarter of financial year 2003-04. The company has also crossed the Rs 10 billion net profit mark in the first three quarters of the financial year. Total revenues for the third quarter went up by 70 per cent to Rs 21.53 billion while its EBIDTA grew by 65 per cent to Rs 7.8 billion. The cash profit from operations for the quarter was Rs 7.61 billion, a growth of 90 per cent. Revenues for the nine months were up 66 per cent at Rs 57.17 billion.
