Bharti Infratel Limited has reported a 67.87 per cent increase in the net profits from Rs 2.77 billion for the quarter ended September 2013 to Rs 4.65 billion for the quarter ended September 2014. The revenues for the company witnessed a 9.1 per cent growth from Rs 26.84 billion in July-September 2013 to Rs 29.30 billion in July-September 2014. Further, the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation also increased by 13 per cent from Rs 10.76 billion to Rs 12.20 billion.

As of Sep 30, 2014, Bharti Infratel operated 84,303 towers and 174,270 co-locations in India, including those of  its subsidiary Indus Towers. It added around 1,827 towers and 14273 co-locations over the year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.21 per cent and 102 per cent respectively. Further in the tower segment, the sharing revenue per tower per month increased by 6 per cent from Rs 65,608 for the quarter ended September 2013 to Rs 69,740 for the corresponding quarter in 2014. Meanwhile for the company, the sharing revenue per operator per month experienced a marginal change from Rs 33,996 to Rs 34,016 for the same period.
