Bharti Infratel has appointed S. Balasubramanian as its chief financial officer (CFO). This follows Pankaj Miglani’s resignation from the post. Balasubramanian’s appointment comes at a time when Bharti Infratel and Indus Towers are finalising their merger. Prior to joining Bharti Infratel, Balasubramanian was leading a cross-functional project team at Bharti Airtel and was involved in the integration of operations post Airtel’s acquisition of Telenor. Earlier, he has also worked with Pepsi, Eicher, Hutch and Coke.
