Bharti Airtel’s CTO for mobile networks, Shyam Prabhakar Mardikar, has resigned from his current position. This was Mardikar’s second stint at Airtel. He had first joined the operator in 2001, after quitting his job at the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). He left Airtel in 2010 and then rejoined the company in August 2012.
