Bharti Hexacom Limited has released its financial results for quarter ended (QE) June 30, 2025. According to the company, its revenue increased to Rs 22.63 billion in first quarter (Q1) 2025-26 from Rs 19.11 billion in Q1 2024-25, depicting an 18.4 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. The company’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to Rs 12.17 billion in Q1 2025-26 from Rs 9.12 billion in Q1 2024-25, a 33.5 per cent growth.

Meanwhile, profit before tax increased to Rs 5.27 billion, a 103.8 per cent growth from Rs 2.58 billion for the reported period. Further, its profit after tax declined by 23.4 per cent YoY, to Rs 3.92 billion from Rs 5.11 billion in the reported period.

Furthermore, net debt to EBITDA ratio (annualised) and including the impact of leases as on June 30, 2025 stood at 1.30 times. Net debt (excluding lease obligations) to EBITDAaL ratio (annualised) at 0.65 times compared to 0.87 times as of March 31, 2025.

Moreover, mobile revenues increased 17.8 per cent YoY, driven by tariff repair and a focus on premiumising the portfolio. The company saw a strong average revenue per user (ARPU) growth, reaching Rs 246 this quarter compared to Rs 205 in Q1 2024-25, alongside higher data consumption. Mobile data traffic at 1,824 petabytes (PBs) in the quarter with a YoY growth of 23.8 per cent. The company maintained a strong smartphone market share, adding 1.6 million smartphone data customers to its network over the past year, representing a YoY increase of 7.9 per cent. In addition, over the past 12 months, the company deployed 518 towers to enhance coverage and connectivity across both rural and urban areas. The homes and office business have sustained its strong growth momentum, achieving a YoY revenue increase of 38.0 per cent. Meanwhile, during the quarter, the company added 54,000 customers, bringing our total customer base to 502,000.
