The Kerala based telecom infrastructure company ATC Telecom Tower Corporation has moved the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) seeking recovery of Rs 7 million in dues from Etisalat DB.
ATC Telecom Tower Corporation was providing telecommunications infrastructure services to Etisalat DB, a joint venture between UAE based telecom player Etisalat and Dyanmix Balwa Group.
The development has been a result of Etisalat DB closing its India operations following cancellation of its 2G license by the Supreme Court.
Earlier, on May 4, 2012, TDSAT had asked Etisalat DB not to transfer its equipments lying with the Anil Ambani group company, RInfra.
The matter is listed for hearing before TDSAT on May 25, 2012.
