Bharti airtel has appointed Vikas Singh as CEO of its B2C operations in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. This is in line with the new organisational structure the company had announced earlier for its India and South Asia operations.
Effective August 1, airtel’s new structure is aimed at driving business and functional synergies, providing a common interface to customers, and creating a de-layered and more agile organisation.
The company’s new organisational structure has two distinct customer business units that focus on the business to customer and the business to business segments.
