Aircel has expanded its 3G footprint in Uttar Pradesh (East) circle. The operator has extended 3G services in five sub-urban markets including Unnao, Ballia, Barabanki, Sultanpur and Azamgarh.
The operator would provide 3G speeds of up to 21 Mbps in these areas to allow users access to live videos, high definition content, social networking platforms and gaming.
So far, Aircel 3G services were available in the towns of Lucknow, Varanasi, Allahabad, Gorakhpur and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh (East) circle. By early July 2015, Aircel plans to introduce 3G services to two more towns including Sultanpur and Azamgarh.
