Aditya Birla Minacs, a global IT business solutions company and a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo, has signed a Rs 6 billion five-year outsourcing services deal with Idea Cellular.

Aditya Birla Minacs, a global IT business solutions company and a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo, has signed a Rs 6 billion five-year outsourcing services deal with Idea Cellular. According to the deal, Minacs will provide customer interaction services in various languages to Idea subscribers from its centres in Aurangabad, Vadodara and Kolkata.
