Former Minister of Telecommunications and IT, A. Raja has asked a Delhi-based trial court for permission to appear in the Supreme Court, where the 2G spectrum case is being heard.
Raja is believed to have said that certain facts of the case were undisclosed and his appearance in the Supreme Court would allow him to present these points.
Raja’s legal counsel, Sushil Kumar said that Raja may assist him in explaining certain technical points to the apex court.
Special CBI judge O.P. Saini will hear this petition on October 7, 2011
