Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) has appointed Ilya Kosolapov as CFO. In his new role, Kosolapov will oversee the merger formalities with RCOM. Prior to his new appointment, he served as director and corporate finance head of the Segezha Group, a Sistema group company involved in the wood processing business. Kosolapov succeeds Sergey Savchenko, who took over as chief operating officer of the company after the former India head Dmitry Shukov resigned in September 2015.
