Bharti Airtel has appointed Heena Naithani as Head of Human Resources (HR) for Airtel Business.
Naithani has over 14 years of experience in multiple HR sub-domains in the telecom, projects and financial industries. Prior to joining Airtel, she worked with Citi India for more than 10 years, most recently as vice president, HR. Her responsibilities included supporting consumer operations, commercial banking and institutional client’s groups.
Her previous experience includes working with Essar.
Naithani holds an MBA degree from Management Development Institute and an B.A. (H) economics degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
