Jio Haptik, the conversational artificial intelligence (AI) subsidiary of Jio Platforms, has introduced enterprise-grade WhatsApp AI agents tailored for small and medium businesses (SMBs).
The company has rolled out an entry plan priced at Rs 10,000, covering 2,000 AI-powered conversations, with businesses allowed to scale usage on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Powered by Haptik’s in-house agentic AI platform, its Interakt solution will enable small and medium businesses (SMBs) to deploy intelligent WhatsApp and voice AI agents to automate customer support and streamline operations.
