Vodafone Idea Telecom Infrastructure, a wholly owned arm of Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi), is reportedly in discussions to raise up to Rs 50 billion ($569.5 million) through a bond issuance scheduled for September.
They plan to issue bonds with maturities of two and three years, aiming to secure Rs 30 billion and Rs 20 billion, respectively.
Further, the company is likely to approach private credit funds for the fundraising and is expected to offer coupon rates of about 12 per cent on the two-year bonds and 14 per cent on the three-year bonds.
