Iron Mountain has fully integrated its data centre joint venture partner, Web Werks, into its Indian operations. The company, known for its information management services, stated that this step reflects its continued commitment to strengthening India’s digital infrastructure.
Further, Iron Mountain data centres will provide secure solutions tailored to highly regulated sectors, ensure regulatory compliance, offer flexible connectivity through various carriers and cloud providers, and support clients in advancing their digital and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
Currently, Iron Mountain’s data centre network in India delivers 14 megawatts (MW) of capacity across six facilities located in five major cities, including, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Noida. Furthermore, the data centre operator is actively developing three new campus locations situated in Mumbai, Chennai, and Noida, having nearly 152 MW of potential capacity.
