Korean firm Samsung and domestic producers like Karbonn Mobiles and Lava International Limited are in talks with the Telangana government to manufacture their phones from the state?s mobile manufacturing hub. Karbonn has earmarked an investment of Rs 4.50 billion for setting up a plant in Telangana. Indian handset manufacturer Micromax has already agreed to set up its unit in the state.
