
Reliance Communications (RCOM) has launched its Pro 3 data network to offer high speed internet to its customers. The new service is an upgrade to its existing CDMA service and has been launched in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune in the first phase. With the launch, RCOM?s CDMA customers will be able to access internet downloading speeds up to 14.7 mbps. The Pro 3 network will enable the users to access a higher indoor penetration of the network along with outdoor connectivity with less congestion.
The telecom operator is further planning to launch the network update in the cities of Delhi and Mumbai as well.
Alongside the data network, RCOM also launched ?True Unlimited Plan?, an unlimited monthly data plan of Rs 999 for its CDMA customers on the upgraded network.
