TTSL has launched services in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal with a commitment to invest Rs 5.25 billion in the first phase, and a total of Rs 10 billion over the next four years. Initially, the company is launching services in nine towns across the two states. The coverage will increase to 44 towns by March 2005.
