Vodafone India has launched its third customer experience centre (CEC) in Gurgaon. The CEC allows enterprises to communicate and collaborate with each other while availing of latest and emerging business communication solutions. The CEC in Gurgaon is the third facility to be launched by Vodafone Business Services following Mumbai and Pune.

The centre is spread across 2,000 square feet and offers wireline, mobility and machine to machine solutions. In the CEC, customers will be able to avail of presentations and live demonstrations. Further in this facility, the operator?s enterprise business arm, Vodafone Business Services? will identify and discuss evolving customer needs and accordingly offer business solutions.
