Lyca Telecom, a subsidiary of UK- based Lyca Mobile, has introduced a post-paid international roaming SIM card priced at Rs 250 for the corporate customers.
The subscribers can use the SIM for making calls to 13 countries at Rs 1 per minute. The users will not be charged for incoming calls.
Currently, Lyca Mobile serves 7,500 Indian customers worldwide. The company?s turnover for 2013 stood at Rs 50 million and expects its turnover from Indian operations to reach Rs 600 million and Rs 2500 million by 2014 and 2016, respectively.
Going forward, Lyca Mobile plans to expand its presence in markets such as Asia, Middle East and Africa. The company plans to invest about Rs 1 billion over the next three years in these markets.
