TATA DOCOMO plans to enhance its network coverage in the Maharashtra and Goa circles by adding about 1500 tower sites. The operator is planning to extend telecom services to 902 towns in Maharashtra and Goa.
Over the next three months, TATA DOCOMO will establish about 625 telecom tower sites across the Maharashtra circle extending GSM and CDMA-based services to the uncovered regions in the state.
Besides enhancing its network coverage, TATA DOCOMO also plans to expand its retail network. Currently, it offers services in the Maharashtra circle through 50,000 retail outlets.
