Tata Communications has expanded its managed services portfolio for mobile operators aiming at expanding their mobile broadband-based services.

The vendor?s portfolio for operators includes IPX+ connectivity, voice, messaging, and signaling. The company has also introduced the virtual private roaming hub which consolidates roaming operations and the LTE roaming service to streamline roaming for 4G networks.

Tata Communications is also launching the Managed SMS Firewall to secure operators and consumers against mobile spam.

Moreover, its LTE roaming service is aimed at ensuring service continuity while simplifying LTE roaming interconnection across operators. Also, its managed SMS firewall secures operator networks against fraud and spam generated by international SMSs.
